Returns & Exchanges

At Bash, every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. For that reason, we do not accept returns.

However, we’re happy to offer exchanges if your item is:

  • Postmarked within 10 days of delivery
  • Returned in its original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start an exchange, please email info@bashaccessories.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@bashaccessories.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Because every Bash piece is one of a kind, identical replacements may not be available. Depending on materials and feasibility, we may offer:

  • A repair
  • A remake using similar materials
  • A refund or store credit

We reserve the right to determine the best resolution based on the nature of the damage and material availability.

Please note: damage caused by wear, water exposure, improper storage, or accidents is not eligible for replacement or refund.


Final Sale Items

Custom pieces, sale items, and gift wrap fees are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
